After extensive training, Pro 10 Ambassador Stylists travel the country educating other professional hair extension stylists and consumers about the uniqueness of Ultima Protein Hair and Pro10 fiber for hair extensions, weaves and braids. Recently several of them attended an international hair and beauty trade show in Atlanta, GA, where they taught and demonstrated extension, weave and braiding techniques to other stylists. Pro10 Ambassador Stylist O’kela Neveaux owner of Extended Beauty Salon and Boutique in Oak Park, Michigan, demonstrates how to do a stocking cap quick weave on Jasmine Nicole of Atlanta. O’kela used Yaki Straight Pro10 Hair Extensions made with Ultima Protein Hair, in two highlighted colors, 1B 30 and 1B 33. Imagine! No waiting to grow your hair out or change the color! No chemical processing either. Just a quick and easy way to get a new look.
Because Nicole’s own hair is so short, O’kela created a removable custom wig she can wear any time she wants a completely different look. Pro 10 is easy to care for too! It also is possible to tack the stocking cap to her hair for more long-term wear. Lots more photos on the No More Bad Hair Days Blog Flickr Group.
What do you think?: Do you like long hair or short on Nicole?
Pro 10 Ambassador Stylist Miho Kitajima says adding hair extensions in contrasting and playful colors will become a summer trend, with the contrasting color often at the bottom tips of the natural hair.
Here Miho is adding revolutionary, new keratin-tipped Prota hair extensions to a model’s hair at the recent International Beauty Show in New York City.
Prota hair extensions, made with Ultima Natural Protein Hair, will be sold soon in a host of colors and textures suitable for Caucasian, Asian and Hispanic hair. We’ll tell you where you can find them as soon as Prota extensions are available.

We’ve got a whole gallery of photos about hair extensions on the photo sharing site Flickr, and we’d love to see your photos.

Reader Blayde has uploaded photos of a Malaysian hair extension application technique she says is great for adding fullness to fine Caucasian hair. She writes:
“The Malaysian method for hair weaving is very neat. Not only is it as effective and easy as the common braid/sew method, it allows better integration, less bulk and a very flat track. It is great for those with thinning hair… as well as any other hair type. I have posted some pictures so that you guys can see exactly how to do it yourself.”Share This
Cathleen Rittereiser, Wall Street executive. by day, comedy legend by night, had Pro 10 Ambassador Stylist Miho remove her hair extensions after a month in which she went from pretty blonde to vah vah va boom glamour (left). Miho’s original method of applying the extensions requires no glue or extensive sewing. Cathleen was able to wash and style her hair the whole month she had them.
Cathleen told me if was fun to try a different look, and to see people’s reactions to her sudden glamour look. “I’d definitely do it again for any number of reasons,” Cathleen said, like trying a new style, a special occasion, or wanting to get through the awkward stage of growing my hair out.
It was a little extra work to have extensions, she said, because long hair is harder to take care of than short. But it was worth the effort, and a lot of fun too, she said.
See other photos of Cathleen’s extensions in the No Bad Hair Days Blog’s Flickr Group. And while you’re there, join the group so you can upload your own before and after hair extension photos.
Share ThisOn March 9th, Pro 10 Ambassador Stylist Miho added extensions made with Ultima Protein Hair to Cathleen Rittereiser’s hair. Ultima Protein Hair made with natural collagen, looks, feels like and has the best qualities of human hair.
Sure her extensions looked great the day they were done, but how are they holding up for Cathleen as she washes them, works out, and lives her busy life?
“I’m enjoying the change…and having fun with it,” she says. Here are some photos she posted on her Facebook page.

Cathleen Rittereiser, who works on Wall Street by day, is also a comic, writer, raconteur, and book author. And, like a lot of us, as she showed us in this video, she’s not always happy with her hair.
So Ultimahair offered Cathleen the opportunity to have Pro 10 Ambassador Stylist Miho put Pro 10 Hair Extensions made with Ultima in her hair. You can see the before, during and after photos on Flickr. And we’ll soon have a video showing how Miho did this beautiful extension work.
When she saw her long, curly hair, Cathleen said “Wow! My own hair would never do this! Now I won’t have bad hair days.”
